CANCELLATIONS - if you would like to cancel an order you will be issued store credit OR you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of customer receiving the order.
Exchange or store credit will be issued BUT only if the item is received (by me) within 14 days from original delivery date. No Cash Refunds. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility. 2 Hippie Chicks Boutique requires the tracking number for any item being sent back.
RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THE TRACKING NUMBER!!!
This request is for YOUR safety. We send out tracking info with every order and we expect the same respect.
Your full name and order number must be included in your package to us.
Item must be un-worn, un-washed, and un-altered and have the original sales tags attached. All sale items, special order items, and pre-order items are a FINAL SALE.

*Pre-order items are FINAL SALE because specific size, color, etc. has been ordered for customer.
*Merchandise returned that does not meet the return criteria will be returned to the customer, standard-shipping charges will apply.
*If you received an incorrect order or defective merchandise, please contact customer service within 7 days of order purchase.
Once the return is received, it will be processed in 1-3 business days. You will be issued store credit, including applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Abilene Pickup is for Abilene customers ONLY! If you do NOT live in Abilene you can't choose Abilene Pickup. If you chose pickup your package will be placed in the pickup box. Once package is placed in the box it is no longer our responsibility. Anything that happens to your order after placed in box is on the customer. By choosing pickup you agree to these terms and also agree to not contact owner for special request pickup. Thank you so much!
PICKUP POLICY EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange an item or return for store credit you must contact Kaitlin via email: email@example.com to schedule a time to drop off the items. Item must be un-worn, un-washed, and un-altered, placed in a bag where the item cannot be harmed and have the original sales tags attached. All sale items, special order items, and pre-order items are a FINAL SALE.
